Effective Date: July 1st, 2026

Welcome to the website of Looking Glass Group LLC ("Looking Glass Group," "we," "us," or "our"), available at [www.lookingglassgroupsf.com](https://www.lookingglassgroupsf.com) (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

## 1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Looking Glass Group's psychological assessment, therapy, coaching, and neurofeedback services in the Bay Area and, for virtual services, throughout California. The Site is informational only. Submitting the contact form, emailing us, or otherwise using the Site does not create a client, patient, or provider relationship, and does not create a therapist-client or educational-psychologist relationship. That relationship begins only once you have completed our intake process and signed the applicable service agreement and informed consent documents.

## 2. Not Medical or Emergency Advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice, and the Site should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment. The Site is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).

## 3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults, including parents or guardians inquiring on behalf of a minor student. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian if you are not.

## 4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Looking Glass Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
